heads into which fitness exercises can be
out under but fitness exercises usually do
not require weight training and such other
heavy activity. They are usually less strenuous
than these exercises. These are done without
health and fitness equipments.
Fitness exercises help us to maintain fitness
by giving us healthy weight, reducing surgical
risks, strengthening the immune system, enhancing
physiological well being and building and
maintaining healthy bones, muscles and joints.
Proper nutrition is necessary with physical
exercise and a good diet ensures that the
body gets the right amount of micronutrients.
Sometimes a person has to motivate himself
or herself to exercise. The hardest thing
about the exercise is to get started. Then
once it is started the job is half done. You
can remind yourself of your weight loss goals
and think of a future event to get ready for.
